10 Lovely Trinity Homes for Sale in Philadelphia

The tiny homes movement may not have hit Philly, but that's because this city is home to the original tiny home: Trinity rowhomes. These three-story structures are named after the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost Trinity of the Catholic church and were built as affordable housing for people working in the city's port beginning in the 1680s. They're typically 400 to 600 square feet in size and feature one entry door and that classic wooden, winding staircase.

Today, many trinities in Philly remain, although some of them have been expanded or renovated. Here are 10 trinities currently on the market, from a Rittenhouse Square home that's actually three trinities combined into one, to a 500-square-foot home in Fitler Square.
