Big Reveal: $650K for a Midtown Village Loft

Most folks nailed the asking price

Curbed readers who played along in this week's Pricespotter were right on the money when it came to guessing the asking price of this Midtown Village loft.

The 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo has been on the market for a little more than a month. We pointed out the 23-foot vaulted brick ceilings, and the beautiful double-paned arched windows.

Almost 200 votes came in, with a majority of folks correctly going for the $650,000 price tag. That's not including the $686 HOA fees, but it does include a parking spot.
